Urgent: Pukena is hiring a Marketing & Growth Lead (₦200k–₦250k/month, hybrid Lagos) to generate demand across Concierge, Corporate, Verify, Academy, and Store in one coordinated launch week. Fill within 1 week.
Pukena is one company with five public brands: Concierge (www.pukena.ng), Corporate (corporate.pukena.ng), Verify (verify.pukena.ng), Academy (academy.pukena.ng), and Store (store.pukena.ng). We are assembling a management team and launching all units at once — Marketing & Growth is the demand engine that makes that launch land. As Marketing & Growth Lead you own brand consistency, campaigns, content, WhatsApp/IG distribution, SEO basics across properties, and unit-lead collaboration so every CTA points to the right product. You do not invent pricing or verification promises. You turn playbook wins (placements, certs, kits delivered, Verify packages closed) into proof assets weekly. This seat must be filled within about one week. You report to the Founder/CEO and sit alongside unit heads — you amplify their pipelines; you do not replace their ops. Hybrid Lagos. Strong writing and judgment beat vanity follower counts.
Plan and run a coordinated multi-unit launch calendar (Concierge, Corporate, Verify, Academy, Store) Own core channels: WhatsApp broadcasts, Instagram, email/ZeptoMail where wired, landing SEO hygiene Produce weekly proof content from real ops (with unit-head approval) — no fake testimonials Brief unit heads on campaign CTAs; keep pathing honest (e.g. Verify Concierge vs Dashboard) Support employer outreach for Corporate and B2B for Academy/Verify without mis-selling Concierge placements Manage simple creative briefs (Canva/Figma) and referrer marketing kit assets when needed Track leading indicators: inquiries, enrollments, job applications to internal posts, Store orders attributed to campaigns Protect brand voice; escalate legal/claims risk to founder Report weekly: what ran, what converted, what to kill Build a lean content/freelance bench only after core cadence works
4+ years in growth marketing, brand, demand gen, or performance content — Nigeria consumer or B2B services preferred Can write crisp copy for WhatsApp, IG, and job/landing pages without a large team Comfortable coordinating five product surfaces without blurring promises Metrics-minded: campaigns tied to inquiries and revenue, not vanity likes alone Collaborative with ops leads; respects SOPs and pricing ladders Based in Lagos; hybrid (about 2 in-office days per week) Able to start within days — launch week depends on this seat
