Wallet & withdrawal terms

Applies to Pukena Corporate professionals (job seekers, freelancers, and microtask workers). Last updated: July 2026.

1. Your wallet

Your Pukena Corporate wallet holds earnings from approved project work, completed gig orders, microtask payouts, and converted Pukena Credits. Pending balances may remain in escrow until an employer or buyer approves delivery.

2. Withdrawals

  • Minimum withdrawal: 1,000 (subject to platform settings).
  • Withdrawal fee: 1% of the amount, with a minimum fee of 100.
  • Withdrawals are paid to the Nigerian bank account you register. Account name must match your verified identity.
  • Processing times depend on bank clearing and admin review. You may have only one pending withdrawal at a time.

3. Verification & KYC

Withdrawals remain locked until you complete identity verification (NIN/BVN and bank details as required). Basic email and phone checks during onboarding are not sufficient for payout. Complete deeper checks via Pukena Verify or from your wallet dashboard.

4. Accurate bank details

You are responsible for providing correct bank information. Pukena is not liable for funds sent to incorrect accounts you supplied. Failed or reversed transfers due to wrong details may incur re-processing fees.

5. Disputes & chargebacks

If a payment is disputed, reversed, or linked to fraud, Pukena may hold or claw back wallet balances pending investigation. See our general Terms of Service for conduct and liability.

6. Changes

Pukena may update fees, minimums, and these terms. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email. Continued use of wallet and withdrawal features after notice constitutes acceptance.
